About me
Lidia Stevens
My adventure with painting began completely by accident, when my son Mateusz received a professional painting kit for his birthday. Tempted by curiosity, I decided to try my hand at it and to my surprise, it turned out that I had a talent for it. This unexpected passion prompted me to sign up for the Association of Fine Arts in Łódź, where I honed my skills under the supervision of professors from the Academy of Fine Arts.
What started as a moment of curiosity quickly turned into a deep fascination that became my lifelong passion. With each new painting I discovered new ways of expression and a deeper meaning of art in my life. Support from professionals and the opportunity to participate in exhibitions, both in Poland and England, allowed me to share my work with others and develop as an artist.
Training in Łódź was a time of intensive work for me, but also of extraordinary personal and artistic development. Exhibitions, both individual, where I could present my works completely freely, and group, where I exchanged experiences with other artists, were for me not only an opportunity to promote my work, but also a source of inspiration for further development.
Thanks to these experiences, I realized that painting is not only a form of relaxation and expressing emotions for me, but also a way to explore my own personality and the world around me. Each painting I create is not only a work of art, but also a part of my personal story and path to self-fulfillment.
